2 eggs with a sprinkling of cheddar cheese
Skim Milk Latte (less than 80z of milk)
Lunch - 12:45pm
Large Salad with 1oz dressing
3oz Canned Salmon with 1tsp mayo
Orange
Water
Snack - 3pm
Hummus (100 calories)
One Red Pepper
Tea w/ milk (no sugar)
Dinner - 7:15pm
One large chicken breast (on the bone)
1/2 bunch asparagus, grilled
One Zucchini sliced, grilled and sprinkled with parmesan cheese
6 marshmallows (we used the charcoal grill for the chicken, so we had to toast some marshmallows!)
Migraine day. Felt pretty hungry after the Hummus, thought the tea would get me through. Was fine after dinner, then about 1/2 hour later the migraine hit full force.
